At Lambda Chi Alpha, our mission is simple. We inspire and equip men to lead an ethical life of growth, service, and leadership. Lambda Chi Alpha envisions a world where the ideal man pursues a life of respect and inclusion for all. A world where we support and encourage one another. And a world where every Brother models and embraces our values: loyalty, duty, respect, service and stewardship, honor, integrity and personal courage.

Membership Benefits
Leadership Opportunities:
Members can develop leadership skills through roles on the Board of Directors, office positions in their chapter, and international conferences.
Scholarships:
The Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation offers scholarships to attend leadership conferences and other funds to help brothers in financial need. Many chapters also have local scholarship funds.
Lifelong Bonds:
Members can build lifelong bonds of brotherhood and connect with different types of people.
Associate membership:
New members are called Associate Members and have the same rights and privileges as initiated members, except for knowledge of the initiation ritual.
Chapter House:
Members have the opportunity to live in the chapter house as a sophomore, and have access to the house immediately upon membership.
Networking:
Worldwide network of nearly 180,000 living alumni, and nearly 9,000 collegiate members.
