Details

According to the Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) program, published by the Wisconsin Department of Justice's Bureau of Justice Information and Analysis (BJIA), there were 5,215 sex offenses reported to law enforcement in Wisconsin in 2022. The sole survivor shoe drive is being held from now through the week of April 21st, to create a visualization of the number of sexual assaults reported on the UWW Campus. Following the event, the shoes will be donated to different survivors support services around the Whitewater area.

Shoes can be dropped off at the Ambrose Health Center any time between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM or to any of the IVP events throughout campus.
